you made it to Thanksgiving weekend, but before you go we, GNSHS EAC, would like you to play a game with us" event that is analogous to a pat on the back guys! The Tournament will be from November 20th to November 21. The tournament activities will start at 3:00 EST and the first game is set at 3:45 EST. THERE WILL BE NO ENTRANCE FEE. Teams will be allowed to play practice games before hand. Many of the tournament matches will be happening simultaneously with club spectators to ensure authenticity.

Registration guidelines:
Teams will have to sign up by emailing [email protected] with a FULL TEAM ROSTER with a designated captain and a optional alternate. NO PERSON CAN BE ON TWO TEAMS WHICH INCLUDES ALTERNATES. INDIVIDUALS who want to play as well will also email the same address but, will be assigned a team made up of other individuals.
After your team has been recognized, an email with times and opponents will be sent to the captain as well as all the team members. Additional information about the event will be enclosed in the email.

Rules:
The game itself will be Summoners Rift 5v5.
The tournament is a best out of three winner moves on to the next game.
The champion selection will be draft pick with 3 bans per team. EACH PLAYER MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 14 CHAMPIONS. If an account without 14 champions is available than we will try to assign you an account that has more than 14 champions.

If a person experiences technical difficulties and quits, the game will be restarted if it is within the 5 minute mark. If a disconnection is intentional or can be ruled as such, then the game continues on normally. If a person has problems that persist and doesn't allow them to play, an alternate can take their place. Otherwise the team will have to continue on with however many players are left over.
IF A FULL TEAM IS NOT PRESENT WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF THE START OF A MATCH THEY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND ELIMINATED.
IF A TEAM IS CAUGHT CHEATING THEY WILL BOTH BE DISQUALIFIED AND ALL PLAYERS WILL BE UNABLE TO PLAY IF THERE IS TO BE ANOTHER EVENT.
