Oblivion Has come!

The year is 2030, and the world has gone down the gutter. Civil wars have started across the globe, and no country can hold it's self together anymore. Not even the smallest of counties can keep themselves together and there is not a single centralized government left on earth. It is up to you though to pick up the pieces and to restore order!

I'm back, even though my moving process took far far far longer than expected, and though the activity has died down, if anyone wishes to either help reform this group into something else, or continue with the origional idea, let me know!

The Kingdom of Olympia has been expanding in all directions, inch ny inch and it has recently run into issue as it reached the Colombia River that each Dam and Bridge of note along the river are occupied by minor faction, they have deemed themselves the Colombia River Warlords, at first a few skirmishes took place between the Olympians and the Colombians but then a new plan was realized and Olympia started to play the warlords against one another, this has lead to some useful regional allies along the river, but also lead to a few of them banding together to form a Confederation of Warlords along the river, only time shall tell the fate of the Colombia River

To make it clear, you can create any government type you want in any location. So if you wanted to make a communist dictatiorship for isntance, you could make it (in a region favorable to communism). If you were in the US, and wanted to make a military dictatorship, you could - Basically you can have whatever government you want so long as it makes sense there.

So bascially cities and citystates still exist if you want to put it like that but nothing larger

xD No smaller entities that would only take up one bloc on the map still exist as such but nothing larger than one map bloc.
