Been a month!!!

So the guild has been growing and been growing strong for the first month.. Thank you to everyone that has made this guild FUN.. We are having in-house games every tuesday, and more people are getting involved with the In-House games. If you would like to see another night of in-house games let us know.. So Gianf was the player of the week, He has been a valuable player to the guild. Gianf will always be a captain of a in-house game. Now its time to find our next Captain for the other side. Also the more people we recruit, the more in-house games we will have, and Soon we will have a guild tournament.

To finish off this post I leave you with a challenge.. Lets see if we can get to 80-100 members for the 2nd month of our existence. Keep to the core values of the guild. People willing to communicate and willing to work as a team. Again, Thank you for being part of this group and making it a fun place to play with friends.

The Guild is growing strong since it was first created on June 28th.. I can't believe its been half a month since we started the guild and already at 50 members that have good communication and team skills. This is a very intense Team based game as you know, and as you also know, it can be difficult to communicate with your teammates. It could be because they speak a different language or they don't care about the team and just play for themselves. Any case, I am glad that you chose to play with us, and play as a team like we are supposed to. With that said, I would like to let everyone know that I started this group since we are growing at a good rate, and keeping to the values of having members that like to work as a team and keep good communication to their teammates. In the near future I hope to see nightly lobbies to where we can practice together and get better as a whole. Right now we have lobby games on Tuesday nights at 8pm CST. Almost every night I am sure you can find ful 5 man parties just by playing with your guildmates. I encourage everyone to try to play with each and every guildmate and try to avoid making cliques within the guild. I know its unavoidable to some extent, and you will find those certain people that you like to play with. If that is the case, I encourage making a team within your clique and still play with your other guildmates when not playing as a team. With in the next few weeks, you will see more on the discussions.

Just a reminder, If you would like to communicate outside of the game we also have Ventrilo ( http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php ). It allows you to talk to your guildmates through Voice.
