Hide And Seek Rules

Terrorists are Seekers, and CT's Hide.
CT's may only use Smokes and flashes to try to run away.
Terrorists can only use knives

Map Specific Rules
Cache: Wait Until 1:30 before seeking. Stay behind spawn crates until then.
Cobblestone: Wait Until 1:30 before seeking. Stay in the spawn truck until you seek.
