From tomorrow I can resume proper full time leadership of the crew, though I can't make promises as to tomorrow's LB.

You may have noticed certain rust in skill levels among yourself or others, rest assured these will be ironed out. Dissidence, dissension, discord, sedition, insurrection and so forth will also be cracked down on with extremely violent public executions.

Please bear in mind there are times when screwing around is less appropriate, so try to contain yourself during that time. Explicitly, competitive matches and the important stages of training (doesn't matter after all the important stuff is covered) should be treated semi-seriously, not for my sake, but for the sake of the effectiveness of the entire crew. Thus if you ignore this, it does not undermine me, but everyone in the regiment, and you will be gruesomely dismembered.

As a follow on from this point, if you expect to have administrator rights in either ts or the training server, you will need to exhibit behaviour above that of a 3 year old.

Oh and good luck to everyone in a groupfighting team, it's an excellent way to improve your teamwork in melee, so don't squander the opportunity :)

We should also get some more recruits to ~revitalise the crew (more people to scrub the decks and other menial tasks while us real pirates exploit them) so if you see a potential recruit (in terms of skill and maturity/attitude), refer them to me or madcow for review. Anyone is also allowed to invite friends or whatever as mercenaries for any lb or training, provided you clear it with us first.

We are also looking for people that are willing to fulfill the roles of NCOs and officers. This necessitates your willingness to lead the line, and to actively try to learn and improve your leadership and tactical ability. If you think you can do that (Also requires reasonable attendance to events) then contact me or madcow.

Going on holiday to Australia from the 27th to 10th Dec. Will also have limited online presence until I get back.
May not be able to lead the saturday lb (new lcc lbs are back) tonight either.
But, when I return I will return to leading the crew properly full time. Every training, event, scrim etc.

Conroy has had an accident so we've agreed to postpone the scrim until he can lead.

As you may have heard by now, Cap'n Redbeard has been banned from LCC in the greatest piece of injustice since the Zimmerman trial. Please reply to this post with whether you would stay in a crew under new management (not me) or not so we can decide what to do now.
