Place for members from BGG to organize and play Terraforming Mars

Hey guys and gals.

So we can obviously try and connect through chat or the message board here to play games. The other option is to make an event and try and get online same time and play. I made the group open so message me on BGG and I will make you a mod so you can create and edit your own events.

If you have any suggestions for the group or experiance with these let me know here or on BGG. I just kinda whipped this together real quick but I think we should be able to make it work and could be quite fun.

I'll be getting this game on payday, we should set a discord as well so we can have some chat.

Just like board game, I think it comes down to the players. There’s a lot of info that can distract you from taking your turn. Once players get better with UI, should be faster. But I’m still planning on 30 mins per player for a live session

Seems very long. For a digital version. They need to increase animation speed or something.

I had one 3 player game go to gen 15 because no one build any heat but it was only about 1h45m. I had a 4 player game like yours as well that ended up being 2.5 hours. It’s really all on play speed. The 2.5 hour game I had 15 mins more on timer then everyone else .

How long have your games been going? I had a 4 player game last night that went longer than I expected, well over 2 hours, and I don't think anyone was playing very slow. We ended on Gen 11 if your curious.
