Arthus, King of Angmar hereby lays claim to the lands of the former kingdom of Rhudaur. All those living on said land must obey to the laws of Angmar from this time forth. All local governments will remain unaltered and in control of their current governance. The king sees that there is no need to change the lives of those living in the lands. An army of Angmar will be stationed in camps around the borders of Rhudaur, however they are not to move outside Angmar's lands, and will not inflict any sort of damage or fear among the residence of the surrounding area.

For sometime, the elves have been seen expanding in trollshaw trying to open a route through the mountains to the anduin. The orcs have realised that and are gathering forces. Elves are meeting more orcs than usual and bloody skirmishes are taking place. But the most frightening is that a new breed of orcs have been spotted by the elves. Something is ill, someone is commanding these orcs and co-ordinating assaults. There are suspicions that there is going to be a great gathering of orcs. The orcs had not been this organised since the Witch-King's retreat. The only Orc Kingdom of Goblin Town seems quiet though, but there is a great movements of orcs near Zagh Kala, as reported by Elven scouts. This may just be the begining of something much worse.

Afther the loss of the ring in SA 3434 our great master was gone.
We where weak. Mordor was overrun by Gondor.

For a thousend years Mordor was guarded by Gondor. The Nazgul where masterless, the Mouth fled and was gone for a long time, not seen for time. Some said he was in Umbar.
But dark powers can't be distroyed, couse the loss of one thing, also was there saviour, for it kept the Dark Master alive in an unbound force of dark powers.

Sauron could not reserruct in Mordor, for it needed time and Mordor was guarded with new fortresses like Minas Ithil, The Towers of the Teeth and the Tower of Cirith Ungol. So he choose an other place to reserruct...

He chose his old fortress in Dol Guldur, once upon the hill stood the main city of the wood Elves, but it was distroyed by Suaron and Dol Guldur was build upon it. Now, its ruins where perfect for him to reserruct, couse the Woodelves placed themselves in isolation politics. Disguised as 'The Necromancer' Sauron began to reserruct in T.A. 1000.

Still he had to revange for what the men did to him, and what he heared pleased him a lot; Arnor was seperated into 3 weak kingdoms. He sended the Lord of the Nazgûl to distoy it, toghether with his left hand, Morgomir, also a Nazgûl. The founded the Kingdom of Angmar and they succeded in distroying the last pieces of Arnor in TA 1974. One year later, now know as the Witch King of Angmar, he had to fled couse his forces where broken by a prince of Gondor named Eärnur.

All Nazgûl, for who know where they hanged out, reunited and began to build forces, probably in Harad and Rhun, for they had old kings of them amogst themselves. In the year TA 2000 the Nazgûl attacked, and after two years conquered Minas Ithil, renaming it Minas Morgul, and acquiring a Palantír for their Dark Master. Building up Mordor from Minas Morgul the rebuilding of Barad-dûr began, led by no one else than the Mouth of Sauron.

Now they have only one mission; to wait for news of the Dark Master. For why did he not returned? Did he knew where his beloved ring was? Was he close to it.....? Was he hiding cause he was still to weak? It was for the Mouth, to interpret what Sauron wanted with Mordor, for he was The Mouth and His messenger afther all. The Mouth and the Ringwraights had to work together for as long as there master did not returned...

With Sauron distroyed and not openly returning, the dark factions all over middle earth are not united, but in lose factions, somtimes allying, somtimes killing eatch other;

After the slaying of King Dáin I outside his halls at the conclusion of the War of the Dwarves and Dragons, the new King, Thrór, and his brother Grór abandoned the Grey Mountains for safer dwellings with most of their subjects. The king went to the Lonely Mountain (former seat of the Durin's throne), and Grór to the primary source of the Longbeards' iron supply, the Iron Hills. Over the years the Dwarves of Erebor gained great renown throughout Middle-earth for the splendor of their halls, craftsmanship, and great stores of wealth. Word eventually reached Smaug the dragon, one of the great fire drakes who now dwelled in the Grey Mountains, who in his lust for treasure desired to take the mountain.

One night in T.A. 2770, Smaug descended upon the mountain in flames, catching the Dwarves and Men of Dale off guard. The warriors of the mountain came out of the great gate to engage the dragon, but all were killed. Then Smaug attacked Dale whose warriors were all called to arms, and destroyed most of them. He then returned to the mountain and routed the remaining Dwarves. Afterwards he piled up all the gold within the mountain and made it his dwelling, emerging only ever so often to eat maidens from Dale which eventually caused its abandonment.

In the end the Kingdom under the Mountain was destroyed, and likely thousands of Dwarves and several hundred people (including King Girion) of Dale were killed. King Thrór himself along with his son Thráin II barely escaped out of the secret entrance. Most of the Dwarves who escaped fled to the Iron Hills.

With his family and a small company of followers, the King went into a homeless wandering southward but not before cursing Smaug. It would be over two hundred years before Thrór's grandson Thorin would return to the mountain to reclaim his home and treasure.

Greetings, the wait is finally over and a set of General Rules & Some Extra Provisions have been made. Please read the Following:

One person may choose a maximum of 2 Characters. The 2 Characters must not be enemies, if one is a major one then the other must be a minor or preferably a subordinate. This provision has been made to decrease the load on NCPs

• We expect all roleplayer to refrain from Powergaming & Metagaming.
  
• The admin has the right to decide if certain actions are null and void if they seem unfeseable to him. In case of a dispute regarding such a decision, the whole group of admins must come to a solution.
  
• Battles will be held by either Discussion Battles or through the M2TW Mod TATW's Submod Divide & Conquer.
  
• Skirmishes will be held by either Chat battles or through M&B Warband's LoTR Mod.
  
• In case of Discussion Battles, the whole body of Admins will act as Judges & in case of Chat Battles, a neutral Admin will act as a Judge ( Both parties should agree on the choice of the Admin ).
  
• Events between a Group of Characters or to Characters must be fixed upon a time & date where all parties agree.
  
  
  Rules for Special Case(s)
• Nazguls can not disobey the Mouth of Sauron nor Change their Alliegence.
  
• Everyone can die, no one is immortal. Do not refrain to becoming wraiths when dead. If you die, then you die.
