The Sixth Infantry organized at Montgomery, May 6, 1861, with twelve companies, and about 1400 men. It was first ordered to Corinth, and from there went to Virginia. Reaching Manassas Junction, it was brigaded under Gen. Ewell. It was on the field, but not actively engaged in the first Manassas.
At it's height the Regiment numbered 2109 men.

I am removing people from company tool that haven't been online on their account since 2017, so none of you should be with them, but if you are join up with K company.

remember if you are on company H on the company tool to send me your name, so i can dischargeyou, so you guys can join up in K, this is just done to pretty much only use H for recruiting people in the company tool untill we can link the companies together.
