the answer is JUICED + DXVK The smoothest in my opinion was disabling the games vsync in the options menu, then enabling it through nvidia control panel instead. It was much smoother after i tried that. You can also create a dxvk.conf file and paste in these commands to make it vsync + anisotropic filtering 16x.
