Only buy this as a standalone horror game, and on a large discount.
This isn't a sequel to Corpse Party, and it's not a complete story. It was supposed to be, but they never followed up on it. It took me 5.3 hours to complete the game with all its achievements (including one that required a 1-hour speedrun of the game). It's somewhat fun with its puzzles, but there's no real substance to be scared of. The artstyle is cute if you like chibis.

I really enjoyed the first chapter of the game and the cliff hanger was interesting with having Morishige's father show up at the end. I wish the game would have been fully complete and release by this but unfortunately not I would recommend the short play time for fans of the Corpse Party franchise (or if you want to 100% a game in like 2 hours). If you are not one of the two then I recommend waiting until the game is fully released. I will change my review to a positive one once the game is fully released
