Hey guys! Great to see this game on Steam. Loved it and many years ago finished all the game and Governer missions. Wanted to ask does anyone knows if the Gentlemen of Fortune MOD will work on Steam? I am willing to be the first to try it if noone knows. But I am not sure what's the last GOF mod, last patch, is there more than one mod? Please help!...

I have the starter ship with Espinoza, with 4 12lb canons on each side, 2 in the back and at the front of the ship. I do have powder on my cargo and i hired 30 saliros (the limit is 55). What i am doing wrong?. I do also have ammo and im aware i have to reaload the canons each time i shoot. I tried changing the keyblinds form left click to z but nothing seems to happen. I know theres a reticle that appears when you are looking the right way to shoot, but again, i doesnt do anything. I only manage to shoot ...

I received a quest to rescue a man that had been kidnapped by pirates. In the log it states that I should hope to bump into his ship. Is there any particular place I should go to look for his ship or is it just completely random that I should find him? I did actually try looking for them around the coast of the island where the quest was given but so far just generic pirate scum. It has been many many moons since I played any of the Akella games. Before I invest in Carribean Legend, I thought I give this a go especially at the current price. I do want to understand if there is a recommended, unofficial patch pack or similar, or is modding it with the CM or GOF mod recommended. If so which to choose?...
