pixel guns 3d or pixel strike 3d

installed the game after a while and can't load any match at all. after loading a while it give this "connection to the server failed" error. tried restarting steam, game, verifying the game files to no avail.

This might be a prognosis of 'Skill Issue' but I'll get my point across. Are most of the people in this game hacking? Silent aim, aimbot.. It just looks suspicious. Could be because I'm playing on 250+ ping. Also want to know if these Xbox players are privileged to have gargantular hitboxes. Besides.....

When I launch the game it just says loading account and its stuck with a spinning circle

It keeps crashing and auto kicked me out of the server frequently in the middle of the game.
