Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled looks like an amazing game,but I don't have any consoles. Will there be a PC/Steam/Epic Store release?

What's the actual difference, like, the actual enhancement, between the standard one from Crash 2 and first 5 levels of crash 3 to the Super body Slam power up? Because in Crash 2 we could already break reinforced crates, and on the first 5 levels on Crash 3 we don't find reinforced crates to test it weather we could or not break them. On a side note, I actually tried to break them on Crash 3, but turns out the game won't let me, oddly enough. There's a command line option to boot the game into any leve...

I play with Dualshock 4, and my controller settings for the game don't support Xbox controller, yet the game's buttons show up as Xbox buttons. Has anyone had this issue?
