I cant unlock the From Hell's heart, I stab at thee 'Read' the Book of Dominion achievement. I have read books, but I dont think I have found and read this book. If I have read the book then the achievement isnt unlocking. Can someone help?

Hello, This looks like a really good game, but it won't let me start the game. It will let me pull up the game and get to the area where it selects difficulty, but once I select a dificulty and press start, the game won't launch. Was wondering if you guys could help, thank you....
