I just finished Figment, and wow—what a game. This is one of those indie gems that lingers in your mind long after the credits roll. From start to finish, it’s a beautifully crafted experience that blends music, storytelling, and gameplay into something truly special.

The soundtrack is easily one of the best parts. It’s not just background music—it’s part of the world, woven seamlessly into the experience. The boss battles feel like full-on rock musicals, and every track enhances the dreamlike atmosphere. Paired with the stunning hand-drawn visuals, the game creates an immersive world that feels like stepping into a painting.

The puzzles are clever and satisfying, striking a great balance between challenge and accessibility. While the combat is simple, it serves its purpose without getting in the way of the game’s real strengths. Beneath its whimsical presentation, Figment tells a meaningful story about overcoming fear, trauma, and self-doubt. It’s an introspective journey that hits unexpectedly deep.

Fortunate enough to grab this game when it was free. Enjoyed it a 100%. Loved the music, art style, puzzles (some were a lil annoying, but overall not too easy or too hard) and storyline. Got so into the puzzles and stuff, that I kind of forgot what the original storyline was until it hit me in the face during the final section. :') Love how they portrayed the 'mind' in this game, though not exactly accurate (lol), it does show how complex and confusing it can be. Definitely recommend giving it a go!
