good puzzle game

this is a fun little game... the puzzles are a good challenge. I preferred the first game, but that was purely a movement mechanic thing.

I do think that this game could benefit from having a flash warning at the start of the game though. I did find the first one quite jarring.

I got this on sale, but I would have willingly paid full price or even more for this game. The puzzles are of perfect difficulty for me, and they all connect very nicely. The story, which I at first didn't care much about, gripped me and transported me into this world. The puzzles tell the story, they don't just feel like obstacles in the way. I truly have no complaints, amazing job, you have made an impeccable puzzle game!

The Room Two starts off great, with an intriguing first couple of chapters and a clear improvement in production value and scale compared to the first game. Around chapter 3 however, the whole ordeal started feeling stale and repetitive. It doesn't help that the story, which started out quite clear and mysterious, ends up going anywhere and nowhere at the same time. Puzzles where you actually had to think or do something unexpected became increasingly rare. Once you realize that most of your time is spent just scanning an area for intractable stuff and moving objects from A to B, the magic quickly fades.

I was initially quite enthusiastic about this game, but now I am unsure if I want to continue the series, even at the low price point it is often sold for during sales.

A quality improvement from the first, very enjoyable

Good puzzle game, makes you think without having a hint system that seems forced to be used. I think it was a tad weird to have chapter 5 as its own chapter but, every other chapter was amazing.
