Hello everyone! We're come across a few people that may potentially be having issues running the game, particularly getting the "Cannot run in Window Mode" error. I don't buy these unless they have Steam cheevos AND they work properly. Trading cards are a plus too.

I am playing "Ice Rose". I have used the elevator and gone up and explored everything I can. I got back in the elevator and went down. It says "now I can exit" but the doors won't open. Tried everything I can think of. Nothing. Can someone please help me? Thanks!...
