like if they can do that then why not do that 24/7 so they can hide in the walls and stuff? are they stupid?

i love this game but as someone trying to do pure melee with the scythe it is hellish for this reason. sometimes i swing at people and my blade goes through them, or hits something vaguely close to them instead (especially body gibs). sometimes i hit people and they are not stunned and shoot me while im still hitting them, particularly the sledgehammers but this happens on any enemy rarely. finally, sometimes when i stun people with a flashbang they still shoot me as i am meleeing them before the stun ends...
