For optimization reasons and in order to decrease waiting time for a game session to start, we have introduces several changes to the gameplay:
1. The “Dragon's Lair” arena is no longer active, its functionality has been turned off completely.
2. Bots can now be included into the game sessions.

Please, be advised that this may result in a longer waiting time for players who sign up for arena as a team. If there are not enough players online, we strongly recommend to sign up for arena not in groups, but every man for himself.

Teleportation is a vital part of the magic of the golden lands. Use of teleports enables a hero to be in the right place at the right time immediately. Or it can teleport a hero into the very midst of a battle…

There are two ways of travelling through the space. The ifrst one is teleporting to the base from any place on the map. Just press B on the keyboard or click the icon on the lower panel. A hero that's returned to the base restores its health and mana - use it for tactical retreat. However, it will not work if you are being attacked, you have to escape from your enemies first.

The second way is using teleports. These stone bases with runic signs are marked as blue circles on the minimap. A net of teleports are spread all over the arena enabling heroes to quickly reach monster camps and other teams' bases. Of course, you may happen to teleport yourself straight into the hands of an enemy unit that waits for you near a teleport, but you have to risk it to get a biscuit.

Перенестись сквозь пространство можно двумя способами. Первый - телепортация на базу из любой точки. Просто нажмите “B” на клавиатуре или щелкните соответствующий значок на панели управления. Вернувшийся на базу герой полностью восстанавливает здоровье и ману - используйте этот прием для тактического отступления. Правда, он не сработает, если вас атакуют - сначала нужно сбежать от врага.

Второй способ - перемещение через телепорты. Эти испещренные рунами каменные постаменты отмечены на мини-карте голубыми кругами. Сеть телепортов опутывает всю арену, позволяя быстро добираться до отдаленных лагерей монстров и чужих баз. Конечно, вы можете перенестись прямо к вражескому отряду, который дежурит у точки выхода, но тут уж придется рискнуть.

A Mage is the heavy artillery of any team. He is weak in a melee combat, but he's very good at attacking several targets from a distance. He has low resist and nothing to immobilize an enemy in order to make a quick escape. He does need a little help from his teammates in such cases.

The Mage's goal in a team is to deal maximum damage to as many targets as possible. Usually a fight starts with the Ice Boulder. Not only does it deal damage, but also stuns opponents enabling the Mage's team to come closer and start fighting. The second skill, the Seal of Silence is used in order not to let enemies use their skills in the battle. It blocks actions of an enemy team making players use autoattacks or change positions. When used one after the other, the Boulder and the Seal give enough time to approach targets and hit them with Icy Spikes. All enemies in their area of effect receive damage.

When attacking the Frog, the Mage only deals damage. Only the Ice Boulder can stop the Frog's leap, but it's pointless to use this weapon of mass destruction for such a target.

It is recommended for mages to stay aside in battles against the Dragon. the Icy Spikes can deal considerable damage while the Dragon is blocked by the teammates, and the Seal of Silence does not allow the monster to breathe with fire. Besides, the Ice Boulder can help to interrupt other team's killing of the Dragon, since the Mage can use this skill in any place of the map!

Маг - это тяжелая артиллерия любой команды. Он слаб в ближнем бою, зато хорош в атаке издалека сразу по некольким целям. При этом Маг слабо зищищен и ему нечем обездвижить противника, чтобы безопасно унести ноги. В этом отношении приходится рассчитывать на помощь соратников.

Задача Мага в команде - нанести максимальный урон максимальному количеству целей. Как правило, бой начинается “Глыбой с небес”. Она не только наносит урон, но и оглушает нескольких противников, позволяя команде приблизиться и вступить в бой. Второе умение, “Печать тишины”, применяют, чтобы не дать противникам воспользоваться своими умениями в битве. Оно мешает действиям вражеской команды, вынуждая игроков использовать автоатаки или менять позицию. Последовательно использованные “Глыба” и “Печать” дают достаточно времени, чтобы приблизиться к целям и ударить “Ледяными шипами”. Все противники в зоне их поражения получают урон.

При атаке на Жабу Маг только наносит урон. Остановить прыжок Жабы может лишь “Глыба с небес”, но использовать это оружие массового поражения для такой цели нерационально.

В битве с Драконом магам рекомендуется оставаться чуть в стороне. “Ледяные шипы” могут нанести существенный урон, пока ящера сдерживают другие персонажи, а “Печать тишины” не позволит монстру дышать пламенем. Кроме того, “Глыбой с небес” можно попытаться увести убийство Дракона у другой команды. Ведь Маг свободно использует это умение по всей карте!

Contrary to the first impression, the Barbarian is not at all a tank. It's a mobile melee fighter capable of dealing damage both to groups of heroes and individual targets. He enjoys aggresssive fights, quick approaching of a target and quick withdrawal from action if he failed to kill his enemy straightaway.

The Barbarian's goal is to deal as much damage as possible to many targets and destroy major enemies. Experienced Barbarians start their battles with Execution followed by a few basic attacks and then by the Dance of Death. The latter deals damage to the nearby enemies and allows the Barbarian to survive under enemy attacks longer. Experienced players keep the Hunter's Net to catch an enemy or immobilize opponents when he is retreating.

Barbarians use a different sequence of skills against individual enemies. Their Hunter's Net is vital for catching a target. Usually an immobilized hero does not survive when a whole team attacks it.

When chasing the Golden Frog, Barbarian becomes one of the most useful characters in a team. His Hunter's Net blocks the Frog next to a tower or in any other place and the Execution does not allow it to leap.

Barbarian is in the first line in a fight against the Dragon. His Execution enables him to immediately destroy the Dargon's life points, and his Dance of Death helps him to survive the Dragon's blows.

Вопреки первому впечатлению, Варвар - далеко не танк. Это мобильный боец ближнего боя, способный наносить урон как группам героев, так и одиночным целям. Он поощряет агрессивную игру, быстрое сближение с целью и столь же быстрый выход из боя, если убить противника сразу не удалось.

Задача Варвара - нанести в бою как можно больше урона как можно большему количеству целей и уничтожить ключевых противников. Опытные Варвары начинают бой с “Казни”, за которой следует несколько обычных атак, а затем - “Танец смерти”. Последний наносит урон окружающим и позволяет чуть дольше прожить в фокусе вражеских атак. “Ловчую сеть” опытные игроки приберегают на потом, чтобы поймать убегающего противника или остановить преследователя при собственном отступлении.

Против одиночных противников Варвары используют другую последовательность навыков. Их “Ловчая сеть” незаменима, когда нужно поймать жертву. Как правило, обездвиженный герой не переживает совместной атаки всей команды.

При охоте на Жабу Варвар становится одним из самых полезных персонажей в команде. Его “Ловчая сеть” блокирует Жабу под башней или в любом нужном месте, а “Казнь” - не дает прыгнуть.

Против Дракона Варвар сражается в первой линии. Его “Казнь” позволяет мгновенно снести оставшиеся единицы жизни Дракона, а “Танец смерти” - прожить под ударами ящера дольше.

Treasure hunters in Alcatta fight not only against other hunters, but also against the indigenous inhabitants of the Golden Lands. Monsters usually live in small camps that are scattered around the map. Sometimes one may meet a roaming subjects.

In camps you may most often meet rats with their Rat King and skeletons with their leader, the Ghost Mage. The Rat King uses a net to immobilize its victim. The Ghost Mage is dangerous because of its poisonous mist that slows down heroes. It can also bring skeletons back to life, so make sure you kill it as soon as possible. Once you've slayed all the inhabitants of a camp that hasn't been robbed yet, you get a chest of gold. Monsters will come back to their domain after some time and become even stronger.

Охотники за сокровищами Алькатты противостоят не только друг другу, но и коренным обитателям золотых земель. Монстры обычно селятся небольшими лагерями, разбросанными по карте, хотя попадаются и бродячие индивиды.

В лагерях чаще всего встречаются крысы во главе с Крысиным королем и ожившие скелеты со своим предводителем призраком-магом. Крысиный король использует сеть, чтобы обездвижить жертву. Призрачный маг опасен ядовитым туманом, который отравляет и замедляет героев. Также маг умеет воскрешать павших скелетов из своей свиты, поэтому старайтесь разделаться с ним побыстрее. Перебив всех обитателей еще неразграбленного лагеря, вы получите сундук золота. Через некоторое время монстры вернутся в свои владения и станут сильнее.
