I've played for 3 hours and can't finish the game. I always die in the 4th map :(

After starting the second map, a swamp, and buying/equipping a new weapon, my unit appeared in the middle of the map off of the normal line. Here is a screenshot: http://steamoss.com/profiles/76561198054891453/screenshots/
