Is new game plus not happen if you get the conquest ending im not seeing a option for it

The game keeps crashing when I'm on the world map and navigate to the System Plans (but no problem with that when I'm in a dungeon). When I try to do Stella's Dungeons the game crashes mostly too. Both happens when it's the first thing I do after starting the game. The game freezes for a few seconds, black screen, graphic driver error message.
