After logging in for the first time I sometimes get a black screen with just music and sometimes it looks like it is loading a video but the video never loads. Can anyone suggest a solution please?

This game seems exciting and I'd like to try it out, but whenever I launch it I get a "Server Error" splash page. Is the the server no longer active? I thought thing might be the first 'puzzle' but after googling some it doesn't seem to be.
