Is it not released on steam?

I remember playing the free browser version years ago and liking it a lot. I'd like to play the full version but seriously, does this game ever go on sale? I swear it never has. Even during one of the biggest steam sales of the year its still 22 CAD.

Having an issue where I'm unable to get promoted in the S.I.T. professor job and the corporate job. My intelligence is maxed and it says I need more to get a promotion. I read that the professor job requires 100 MORE intelligence than when you got your current level, but because my stat is maxed, I literally cannot gain any more. How am I supposed to level these jobs? This is dumb, it shouldn't be X more than Y, it should be X total stat. Anybody able to help in any way? Actually, it may be work experienc...
