1. Image Generation - Dynamic Pointer - Operation - Batch Adding Images - The order of adding images continuously is incorrect

Newly Added:
1. Image Generation - Static Pointer - Now supports CUR format files
2. Image Generation - Dynamic Pointer - Now supports ANI format files and APNG format files
3. Create Pointer/Modify Pointer - Added a picture of the pointer status (to avoid upload errors when uploading pointers)
4. Create Pointer/Modify Pointer - Added automatic generation of preview images (static preview images can be generated based on the currently uploaded pointers)
5. More friendly error prompts
