The art & animations are pretty good in their own way, but the translation is pretty janky in many places and a bunch of quest don't really show you where the objective is, which is not what I look for in this genre of game. Looks like a decent bit of content though so if you can bear with it this game might be for you.

Pretty solid game. The game is natively in mandarin, the translation is admittedly not very good, and some parts have not yet been translated at all. It's never to the point that you have no idea what's going on, but I do think it's fair to warn playing this game in english is a bit rough at times.

All in all this is a pretty good game, it's very well made the scenes are okay. It's actually pretty relaxing being a bit more of a slice of life. The plot feels pretty C-Drama inspired, the main character is transported to the past. Now, I don't really know anything about the Chinese language and I'm not the best with Chinese culture. I was very confused at first when everyone in the game refers to each other as "senior sister/brother" and "Junior sister/brother." I absolutely thought this meant they were related at first, it's actually more like in Japan when they say Senpai.

I will also say the game is currently not optimized very well, so your PC will run hot with this one. The game is early access so a fair bit of the game is not yet implemented but what's there is good. If I had any suggestions I think I would lower the affection threshold for certain tasks, Cui jumps from 100 to 400 to 700. No one else makes that drastic a jump. I think it would also be fun to maybe have some more fun with some of the other NPCs. It's nice to have full stories for the main characters but I do think it would be neat to just have some odd side fun every now and then.
