PANZERKAMPF® status report

Dear tankers!

We have taken the liberty of preparing a brief overview of the current state of the process of completing the development of our game. We sincerely hope that the current situation will prove helpful to you in finding answers to your key questions. However, please do not hesitate to ask if there is anything further we can do for you. We will do our utmost to answer your questions.

1) We are in the final stages of completing the list of fixes and settings that we have thus far identified. We do not anticipate the need to revisit any of these fixes.

2) The issues being addressed are more minor in nature, but nonetheless crucial for the game to function optimally.

3) The atmosphere within the team is very positive, and we are all eagerly awaiting the upcoming release.

4) We are pleased to announce that we will shortly be undertaking an internal Super Test, which we anticipate will last for a duration of around two weeks, after which our much-anticipated release will take place.

5) The game's release on Steam will follow after we have completed the stabilization phase of the game's software and features. This phase will take place after release as part of our direct distribution through the website. In the meantime, the game can be downloaded from our website http://www.panzerkampf.net and played immediately upon release there. Game progression will be maintained for the steam version as well, so there's nothing to worry about!

Day 1 Beta experience: german early tier is brutal

Tier 1, 2 and 3: all autocannon tanks with bad armour and bad pen, bad damage and high reload costs. Seriously if you want to out damage US/USSR tanks you have pull in behind them and dump an entire mag into their rear or sides with no misses (or if shooting at the M3A3: ONLY the rear). Its doable but not fun or fair. Even upgraded, hitting with all rounds in a burst and getting effective damage for each shot is super rare, so your're paying much more in silver per kill. Contrasted to that, US tanks feel...

Dear tankers!

Time flies, and work on the game is moving forward by leaps and bounds toward the release date. We’ve decided to share with you some snippets of what we’re currently working on and the results of our efforts. We’ll be showcasing our work through video clips on our official YouTube channel.

What can you expect?

We’ve prepared 3 new videos, each featuring a different tank and playstyle.
Listen to the symphony of explosions, the grinding of tracks, ricocheting shells, and the sounds of the crews.
