It's an okay tool to have, but don't let it fool you into thinking this makes modding any more accessible than how it already was. I modded this game for 4 years and this tool mainly introduces level modding and animations, which were big gaps in the possibilities there were even with all the other tools we had.

The review is negative due to the program's instability and how unreliable it is. You can try to make the most basic thing imaginable (like just picking up a misc item) but it will stop you from doing it and show you 55 ways why you just can't simply make that. That's being said with 4 years of modding this game; so I know the waters of TW3 modding. The tool didn't serve any of my purposes well and honestly if you're an ambitious person like me, just learn any other game engine and have fun there instead. You could be advancing society instead of trying to figure out the bugs of this and its engine lol.

It's not at all worth the time nor the toil. Just stick to legacy tools until you absolutely have to use this one.
