I've tried many times and finally found a solution. First we need to download DXGL on https://dxgl.org/ and install the latest release. Then open Configure DXGL and add the game. set "Video mode" to "Aspect corrected stretch" "Screen aspect ratio" to "4:3" "Fullscreen window mode" to "Non-exclusive fullscreen" and leave other things default. Click Apply and OK. And now it should work properly.Have Fun!...

Hello, I bought this game on Steam to bring some good old memories. I downloaded the game and started playing it, but I got one big problem. The camera doesn't move. I can't scroll at ALL. Tried downloading DirectX, changing from fullscreen to windowed, changing ingame autoscroll and even backbuffer from 0 to 1. Nothing helped and the camera still doesn't move. I am on Windows 8 and that's unacceptable. I payed 10 dollars for that game and I really want to play it. Can you help me with my issue?...
