Achievements complete "Perfect Game" not showing

Have run through the game and have all the achievements. Weirdly it's not showing up as a "Perfect Game" in my profile. Steam bug, or game bug?

Windowed Mode

Is there a way to have the game in windowed mode instead of full screen? I don't see it in the settings.

General feedback

Glitches 1. Player can still jump while dashing, and walk while slashing. In the first case, press dash and jump at the same time to travel in the air at very high speed, noticeably useful to speedrun first stage. In the later, the player can start casting a slash out of enemy range, then get close enough just the moment it hits. Games mostly fix this by forbidding the player to do certain actions while other ones are occuring, just like slash is forbidden when jumping there, which has to ...
