I finished all 10 parts of the game, but it says I only completed 66%. What do I need to do to get 100%?

Puzzle 13: The dog standing on the desk in front of the headphones - If I click on him so he disappears, don't finish the puzzle, exit the game, then restart, this dog is back on the desk. None of the other items I've clicked on have come back. This problem is easily reproducible....

In puzzle 12, just to the left of the center, there is a bone that registers as a dog. Note that the puzzle says there are 59 bones and 61 dogs.

I notice a theme repeating itself especially with smaller games who have had years of experience but continue to repackage the same stuff without trying to add or see what can be improved from previous solid foundations. Where is the passion or is it a hobby with some pocket money?...
