Is there something I'm not understanding? I'm not usually too snubby about my games, but this is a single player, hardcore, difficult survival game that doesn't seem too different from the other survival options, which include multiplayer, achievements, and difficulty modifiers for noobs like me. Why can I not get into this game? Is there like a nuance or something I'm missing?...

I'm coming back to DS after years away. I still have a save file labeled for Shipwrecked, but it's labeled as 'Adventure 2-1.' I thought only the base game had an adventure mode. What is this SW Adventure mode? I can't remember it at all.

Don't Starve suddenly stopped having sound. I tried to change sound volume in-game and settings.ini, no joy. Tried connect different speaker / headphone, wired and bluetooth before game launch and while game was running ... nothing. Checked the log.txt ( I am on steam deck, ~/.klei/DoNotStarve/log.txt ) but found nothing sound related. I am out of ideas ... any advice?...
