Increased the friction of most surfaces and increased arm strength. It seems a previous bug fix resulted in the arms being more slippery than intended. To combat this, I essentially made the main character feel stronger and grippier than before.

This may result in a slightly easier experience, which I think is better than the alternative at this point - many have found it too tough.
