Has anyone else noticed the game library picture went from blank to an actual photo?

When clicking "play" on Steam, it says "Launching, Updating Executable" then after a minute or so, it goes back to the green "play" button. WFC works fine, but for some reason FOC won't launch. I feel like I have tried most suggestions out there but nothing is working. When trying to launch the game through TFOC.exe in the Binaries folder, STEAMSTART files get created. I cannot seem to open these files...

My question is that Will this game return to steam? I am looking forward to it

I wanna 100% This game sooo bad. If you can still get all the achievements. I'm looking for people to join up with <3 Add me and Please let me know if can still get the achievements and stuff.
