While playing, the screen suddenly turned black and white. Has anyone encountered this issue before? How can it be fixed?

Aside from being insanely pretty? I can't seem to trade them in?

By that I mean, one run by the developers or people they appoint, with them being involved. Not run by fans of the game. Thank you.
