like like playing offline by myself will this be possible in this game?

I stayed alive long enough to start setting up house, crafting bench built and placed easy enough.... and several wooden chests... I had a wooden door; but I could not place it in a doorway. I was in a building that had a doorway without a door... It would have been cool if it had worked. For such an early stage, I love the variety of things that can be built. However, in trying to find materials, I could not find a fiber source... so I could not make cloth and thus several other things. Also, no path to ...

Usually, deer have been "normal" and leave you alone. Well, IRL, normal deer mostly run away. In one of my game runs, there was a rash of attacking deer. Even when well geared, it is hard to survive three rabid deer at the same time....
