CODE F7B5DF46 NOT LOADING , anyone else having this problem?

I cant play my 15 hours dino zoo. I did not change anything. When I take files and account on other PC, problem is same - I can not play, game stuck at cca 20% of loading time, music dont play during this. On other PC - new game is still possible without problems. Nothing helped - reistall, file check, copy files to other system, nothing. I tried to launch the game last night, and I got the error message. I un-installed and reinstalled it, alongside rebooting Steam, but still error persists.

Since most recent update, I can't visit any of my friends. When I try, the game says Error and then Reload. I tried to reload through game, and it didn't work. I then tried to just start the game again, but no luck. Anyone else having this issue?
