Journal pages and mirror shards

I'm struggling to find the last journal pages and mirror shards - I've found 3 of each so far (the first three journal pages, and the mirror shards in the North, North-west, and South-west sides of the mirror), does anyone know where to find any more? Thanks a ton in advance!...

How to pass the final mini game?

My god I've been stuck at the final mini game for like 6 times in total. I really want to finish the game but urgh! How do we find the clue? Is there a timing for it? Everytime I fail I had to replay all over again. Please help me.
