The photos in my game are too blurry

I found the photos in my game are extremely blur, but other people photos were sharper than mine. https://ibb.co/XFF6CNZ https://ibb.co/Dg48L4n Could the game developer explain it? is this some kind of anti-piracy mechanism you added into game? (I bought this game from Steam)...
