How do I get it? Last one I need.

Yeah idk why but no matter what I do I get like 12 fps playing this game, its fine in the main menu, but the moment the game starts it just starts to slowly die. I have absolutely no idea what could be causing this other than the absurd amount of particles on screen. (Why isn't there an option to just turn them off or something?) Rant over... any idea how to fix the lag for me lol?...

The 2nd area enemies (past Switzerland) seem to be a barrier for this run. Not really sure what I'm doing wrong here. I've tried both Int and Str builds, but the enemy damage immediately outpaces my healing, even at <25% healing auto-triggers. Trying to get an Ethnologist run. Any hints on what I should be doing?...
