I go into the tax building, into the back, see the crying guy with a baby, go in the closet, take the key, no door will open they all say nothing or that i should find a key. Don't know what to do, but I think it's a bug. Just telling you. I have the whole Torture Star bundle, so I'll just play a different game, but a fix would be cool. Please Ty....

I played through the entire game with 100% achievements but there is still a locked chapter with a question mark in the chapter selection. The one between Officer Burton and Conclusion. Is this a secret and if so, how can i unlock it?
