I don't write many reviews, but this game definitely warrants one - one of the highest order. If you like to play games which are intellectually challenging, highly creative and produced on the highest order then you should make this game your number one priority. I played this game for over 200 hours, savoring every moment as I took on a myriad of challenges and marveled at the high level of complexity and well produced challenges. What Mr. Skutnik created here puts to shame the bloated over produced games turned out by the mega game factories out there. It is simply impossible to imagine how a single person could put together such a highly complex and artistic effort as this. I was truly disappointed when I finally reached the end of this journey (though feeling quite self satisfied for completing it) and am waiting for his next effort. If you look at some of the discussions about Submachine Legacy you may see some comments referring to the game as being 'over priced'. I can only say that while I can't remember exactly how much I paid for it, I would have paid literally hundreds of times whatever it was to have the opportunity to play what is undoubtedly the best game I have ever played in almost 50 years. Kudos Mr. Slutnik, thank you for the experience and I await your next effort with great anticipation.

One of the best escape room and puzzle games.

For those who didn't have the good fortune to 'be there' in the old days of Flash games that had offbeat design choices that nothing else quite replicated, Submachine is a modern classic of the point-and-click 'pixel hunt' adventure/puzzle game in the vein of Myst and Riven. Definitely worth it.
