is the game really abandoned by the devs? i got hocked up on this game early this year and ♥♥♥♥ slaps i would kill for new content

Hi, when playing on keyboard. My camera constantly rotates counter clockwise. If I shift my mouse clockwise i can stop the rotation but only for as long as I move my mouse. How do I stop the rotation?

When I launch the game I get the option for different servers which I must join, but they tend to be either empty or very few people on. The track is always the same and it seems I can't change the car, even though I bought the extra car pack. So far, this is not nearly as enjoyable as Drift '85 was - alteast I could pick different cars and stages there....
