Anybody have any insights or tips / clues as to this achievement?

The game crashes everytime I fix the antenna on the radio for Otta.

I just started this and forgot to check on a couple of things in his original start scene, is there a way to start a new game? I didn't see any option. I really hope the answer isn't going to be to delete something off of my pc because it's always very confusing for me!...

Did you contemplate adding those?
