Looking forward to getting it

so new tutorial is just impossible i guess. 2 mobs spawn and insta rush you and your cannon stops shooting when they get close and you just die, i tried like 15 times to get past the mobs and nothing works. Guess i cant finish the tutorial.

I gotta say it looks promising even though I'm having a hard time progressing and I don't want to do the free money at the start option and with no save option in the demo its hard to progress. The opening grind is tough as you have to kite a spitter, retreat, repair on repeat for quite some time to get enough money to upgrade as it doesn't seem wise to get more than about 100 yards off the docks with your starting pathetic gun and the first upgrade is a ton of bucks. That might need to be toned dow...

First up just want to say I love the look and feel of the game. I've crewed my turret but it doesn't shoot. My understanding is that it should work automatically once it's crewed. I've hit X multiple times and watched the little orange "no shoot" icon go on and off so I know I'm not accidentally telling the crew not to shoot. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing? I've started the demo 4 separate times and haven't managed to shoot anything yet....
