Spire 5 Fade Colors, Dynamic Bunkers, New Layout!

Hey everyone! Today's update is rather small but brings a few nice additions to the game. Check out the details below!

Changes

Improvements made to J4 model and textures

Added new Virtue Spire 5 Fade Colorways (10 colors added)

New dynamic bunker textures

- Bunker textures will fade from clean to dirty based on how much the bunker was shot. This only applies to the NCPA and Ruthless bunker sets right now, I will continue working on adding support for the other bunker sets.

Added NCPA Summer Shootout 2023 Layout

Added a few environment assets to the Rocky Mountain Paintball Biome

Simple Changes HUGE quality of life increase

you MUST make rounds end when a team is eliminated. and the next round doesnt need a 10 count, just make it a 5 count, it takes way to long to get into the next round. like implement this before you go to bed tonight. it is NOT an xball match so it makes no sense to let the time run, especially when the other team cant concede and also WHEN THERE IS NO CHAT TO TELL THE LAST GUY TO HIT THE BUZZER. so you end up sitting there for 2 minutes doing nothing and people leave the server.
