Are there any missables in the game? Are there additional save slots for the speedruns to keep a 100% playthrough? Thanks!

Hey, seems like i need help at 99%. I have collected all 6 eggs and all health fragments and i have 24 feathers. On the Map there is no feather left (got the feather under the rocket). https://ibb.co/QXSgB6D Thank you guys :)

Is that just the feathers I gathered since the last save point, or does this game have limited lives?
