Playtest Is Over!

Dear players!

Our game's playtest has come to an end, and access to it has been closed. Thanks to everyone who decided to land on the Moon and immerse themselves in the atmosphere we tried to create. We hope everything was to your liking!

Additionally, we would also like to extend our gratitude to those sharing their feedback. The questionnaire form is now closed, but if you suddenly remembered something you forgot to include among your responses — please feel free to tell us in a comment under this post, in Steam Discussions, or on our official Discord server[discord.com].

And do not worry if you have not had the time to get acquainted with our title, for the demo version of Dark Moon will be arriving soon, and it shall be here to stay!

Do not switch that frequency — we will be back with more news and information later on!

Playtest Begins!

We're happy to announce the launch of the Dark Moon Playtest!

Playtest has begun, and applications to participate are now open, so don't miss this chance to be among the first to try the pre-release version of the game and maybe even influence its development! Only a small portion of in-game content will be available during testing, namely the tutorial for some of our upcoming title's core mechanics. For now, you are able to play Dark Moon only in English, but don't worry — we plan to add support for other languages before the official launch.

How to Participate

Access will be granted to all players who have submitted an application. To do this, simply go to the game's page on Steam and click the green "Request Access" button. You'll immediately be able to start downloading the game and join the ongoing playtest.

Playtest Goals

We value your opinion and know that player feedback is the key towards making a game as engaging and enjoyable as possible. So, it's important for us to hear what you think about the state of gameplay, the in-game atmosphere, and our title's progress as a whole. With your input, we'll also be able to identify any not-so-obvious issues and highlight controversial points that need to be worked out if we want to make Dark Moon the best game it can be upon official release.

For your convenience, we've prepared a small questionnaire, available here[forms.gle]. Use this to share your opinion of the game and any ideas you have on how to improve it!

The playtest is not confidential, so we encourage you to discuss your experience, as well as share screenshots and videos with other players.

❗ With that said, please remember that what you will be playing is far from the final version of the game, that it may be subject to major changes during further development and doesn't reflect everything that awaits in the full release.

First impression, two thumbs down

Two trailers that are both identical, each featuring no RTS combat, and instead showing is massive walls of story text, and the screenshots show even more massive walls of story text. If it really is so post to be an RTS, you will lose ALL your strategic time reading instead of playing? I just don't see how some girl with a stuffed animal has any value when your operating some type of massive resource collector/harvester, i definitely suggest the removal of the RTS tag, and instead adding visual novel to t...
