running game on windows 11 even with 'start in full screen' selected the game stays as a small box on my screen there is no options in game to increase screen size and i see no way i tried alt+enter nothing i tried f1 and that dosent work please someone help...

I bought DLC, downloaded patch from https://www.kaguragames.com/product/public-defense-corp-the-ambassador-of-peace-patch/ , installed it, run the game, chose DLC from menu and see nothing. no warning 18+ at the begining and no anything for the sake of which this warning is given. A am confused....
