I get the boss is supposed to be a challenge but when you cant hide or outrun its beam it feels kinda pointlessly futile and frustrating. The attacks hit you too fast with no breather to study the boss. Terribly balanced imo. Maybe if it was a tiered boss but game goes from fairly easy to excessively difficult....

I have perfectly good frame rates right until the first boss appears, then the frame time more than doubled, and couldn't maintain even 45fps anymore. Admittedly, my GPU is getting old (GTX 980ti), but the boss graphics could stand to be tuned to be more consistent with the rest of the game. Really fun, by the way....

I'm not seeing an option in the flight mechanics to allow rolls. Is there a way to do this?

I've made it to the first "boss" but have yet to beat it. Having a blast trying. Few thoughts/questions: (*) Floating control console mixed with laser pointer menu felt awkward. Maybe: >> Move the console under the giant panel and switch to the laser pointer for everything >> Or anchor the console so it doesn't move with the player. I kept having to work around the console to allocate upgrade points. (*) How do you check your score? I see the leaderboard, but I don't have any clue if I'm doing well ...
